How do I figure out sizing?
Please reference the Aerials size chart, at the top of the home page, for proper fit. The size chart for our Aerials catalogs and Virtual Pro Shop Online are "made to fit comfortably".

What happens if I order the wrong size?
Unlike most web sites, we realize that there is a possibility of ordering the wrong size, especially if your family is new to gymnastics. Items may be returned for size exchange only. A "Return Merchandise" Label will be included with every order. All returns/exchanges must occur within 3 weeks of receipt of shipment. There will be no exchanges for any item that has been soiled, written on, or mishandled in any way that makes the item unsaleable. Items not on the current website are not exchangeable.

How long will it take to get my order?
In stock items will be shipped in approximately 2-3 days. Backordered items will be shipped within 3-4 weeks. Custom screen print and embroidery items require an additional 2-4 weeks. Merchandise will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS, unless another method is requested.

How much does shipping cost?
Regardless of the size of your order, we charge one low shipping price - $7.95. We'll deliver right to your front door.

Do you have a consignment program?

How do I become a model for your catalog?
Just fill out the model application, at the top of the home page, and send in your pictures. All models are volunteer for all of our gymnastic catalogs.
